Put ReachDesk on a computer

🖥️ Windows

  1. On that computer, open this website and click Download for Windows.
  2. Open the file. If Windows warns you, click More info → Run anyway.
  3. ReachDesk shows its 4-digit code. That's it.

💻 Mac

  1. On the Mac, open Terminal (press ⌘ Space, type Terminal, press Return).
  2. Paste this line and press Return:

  1. Turn on the 2 switches the Mac asks for.
  2. ReachDesk shows its 4-digit code. That's it.
How it works

Every computer with ReachDesk shows a 4-digit code that stays the same. Type it here, on any phone or computer, and you're on that computer straight away. A red bar on its screen shows it's being used, with an End button.

On a phone: tap to click, hold to right-click, pinch to zoom. Switch between Move, Scroll and Drag at the bottom. The keyboard button opens your phone's keyboard.

A computer that's asleep or turned off can't be reached. ReachDesk keeps your computers awake while it's running.

On a phone, add this page to your home screen (Share → Add to Home Screen) to open it like an app.
